Reflection is for when a child begins to notice the space between what happened and what they felt.
These stories carry tension - not to resolve it, but to mirror it symbolically. They’re for the children who are just starting to reflect, but not ready to narrate.

Whether you’re working with emotional withdrawal, dissociation, selective mutism, or children navigating peer strain, legacy grief, or identity shift - these two series allow you to work at two different emotional distances.

You don’t need both series for every child.
But having both means you’re prepared - For the child who stays beside the story.
And the one who’s deciding how close they want to get.

For children beginning to notice - but not always name
